Task 1 – Governance & Coordination: We ensure smooth project coordination, transparent communication, and inclusive governance. Annual meetings, regular progress chekcs, and Advisory Board input keep the BIRGEJUPMI project aligned and on track.

Task 2 – Quality Assurance: We are committed to delivering high-quality results across all work packages. A Quality Assurance Plan sets clear procedures and best practices to guide all BIRGEJUPMI project activities.

Task 3 – Legal, Financial & Administrative Management: We support partners with budgeting and reporting to ensure legal and administrative compliance.

Task 4 – Building Synergies: We actively seek collaboration with related projects to increase our impact, share knowledge, and advance common goals.

The BIRGEJUPMI project aims to deliver high-quality research results, foster inclusive collaboration, and ensure responsible data and ethical management. Through innovative approaches and strong partnerships, the project will advance knowledge, support Indigenous rights, and promote sustainable practices, creating lasting benefits for communities, science, and policy.

D13.1 – Quality Assurance Plan: The Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) is a practical guide for all BIRGEJUPMI project members. It outlines roles, responsibilities, and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.

D13.2 – First Data Management Plan: The Data Management Plan (DMP) outlines how all BIRGEJUPMI project data will be collected, stored, and shared. It follows OCAP®and CARE principles, Open Science, and Research Data Management, with attention to ethical handling of personal data, Indigenous data sovereignty, and artistic materials. It ensures data remains accessible and preserved beyond the project’s end.

D13.3 – Ethics Management Plan: The EMP ensures ethical conduct throughout the project, focusing on Indigenous guidelines, data sovereignty, informed consent, and respectful participation. It also covers protocols and permissions for research on Indigenous lands and waters.

D13.4 – Mid-term Data Management Plan: An updated Data Management Plan reflecting progress and any adjustments made at the project’s midpoint to ensure ongoing responsible data handling.
