From London to Nuuk, the Part 2 of the Birgejupmi Through Art & Duodji Conference series brings Indigenous artists and creative voices together. In Nuuk, the conversation explores performing arts, duodji, new ways of thinking, and Indigenous approaches to architecture.

Birgejupmi Through Art & Duodji – Nuuk

Birgejupmi Through Art & Duodji is an international seminar series organised by Dáiddadállu, connecting artists, practitioners, and cultural voices across the Arctic. Following the first gathering in London, the second part takes place in Nuuk in October 2025 as part of the Suialaa Arts Festival.
The Nuuk seminar explores performing arts, duodji, breaking established patterns, and indigenising architecture, creating space for exchange, experimentation, and new perspectives on Indigenous creative practices. The series continues with its third and final gathering in Guovdageaidnu.
