In this hands-on course, you’ll learn how to make your own traditional leather hat using reindeer or seal skin. Starting from scratch, you’ll discover traditional methods and techniques, from preparing the materials to sewing and shaping the hat. No previous experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to learn! Come and learn the craft, connect with traditional knowledge, and create a unique hat you can take home with you.

På dette kurset vil du lære å sy din egen skinnlue i rein- eller selskinn.
Du vil lære deg alt fra bunnen av, basert på gamle metoder og teknikker.
Kurset er gratis, men materialpakke må kjøpes:
– 1000 kr for lue i sisti
– 1200 kr for lue i selskinn

In this course, you’ll learn to sew your own leather hat made of reindeer or seal skin. You’ll learn everything from scratch, based on traditional methods and techniques.
The course is free, but you must purchase a materials kit:
– 1,000 NOK for a hat made of reindeer hide
– 1,200 NOK for a hat made of seal skin
Please register and indicate which type of hat you’d like to make
