Communication, Dissemination, Exploitation, Outreach I & II

WP11 strengthens the visibility, credibility, and impact of BIRGEJUPMI through a tailored communication, dissemination, and exploitation (CDEO) strategy. Working closely with project partners, it ensures that communication reflects the diversity of audiences, languages, cultures, stakeholders, and rights holders, while tracking and improving outreach and impact.

WP12 monitors and updates the CDEO strategy and supports effective communication across the consortium. Through the project website, social media, and engaging video content, it shares Birgejupmi’s activities and results and helps ensure that project knowledge remains accessible beyond the project’s lifetime.

Strategic Communication and Visibility
Develop and maintain a tailored communication and design strategy for BIRGEJUPMI, ensuring clear and inclusive visibility across diverse audiences, languages, and cultural contexts. Continuously refine the CDEO strategy in collaboration with project partners, responding to emerging needs, results, and stakeholder input.

Partner support, creative production and accessibility
Support project partners with guidance, tools, and resources for effective dissemination, exploitation, and outreach. Present project activities and results through engaging, accessible visual and written content, including a final project video that captures key learnings and supports long-term access to BIRGEJUPMI’s knowledge and results.

Impact, Evaluation and Inclusive Outreach
Develop and refine indicators to measure the effectiveness and impact of the CDEO strategy. Strengthen dialogue with stakeholders and rights holders through inclusive communication, extending Birgejupmi’s reach, visibility, and societal impact beyond the project’s lifetime.

WP11 develops and implements the CDEO strategy, reflecting BIRGEJUPMI’s goals, values, and diverse audiences. Árvu leads the visual identity and production of accessible communication materials for the website, reports, exhibitions, and dissemination. Partners are supported with templates, visual materials, and strategic advice, while indicators help monitor and improve communication impact.

WP12 builds on this work by continuing strategic communication and outreach, monitoring and adapting the CDEO strategy as needed. It documents and shares project results through accessible photo, video, and written content, including a final video highlighting key lessons learned. These activities strengthen BIRGEJUPMI’s visibility and support long-term access to its knowledge and results.

BIRGEJUPMI will achieve strong, inclusive, and culturally grounded communication and dissemination. Through visual storytelling, accessible design, and Indigenous-centred communication, WP11 supports ethical and effective knowledge sharing.

Building on this foundation, WP12 will strengthen visibility and engagement by documenting project outcomes and producing accessible content. This will support continued knowledge sharing and ensure that BIRGEJUPMIs results remain accessible beyond the project’s lifetime.

Defining a shared communication and outreach strategy
Develop a CDEO Strategy outlining BIRGEJUPMI’s approach to communication, dissemination, exploitation, and outreach. The strategy will define key messages, target audiences, channels, and methods that reflect the project’s values and multilingual context.

Creating a recognisable visual identity
Develop a Visual Identity Package with the BIRGEJUPMI logo, typography, colour palette, templates, and usage guidelines, ensuring a consistent and recognisable identity across communication platforms.

Supporting partners with a communication toolkit
Create a practical Communication Toolkit with templates, visual assets, and guidance to help project partners communicate activities, share results, and tell the BIRGEJUPMI story effectively.

Building a shared visual library
Document key project activities through photography and video, creating a curated visual library that strengthens BIRGEJUPMI’s identity and supports storytelling, outreach, and knowledge sharing.

Capturing lessons for future use – Project Video
Produce a final video highlighting BIRGEJUPMI’s key lessons, outcomes, and insights, making the project’s learning accessible for future research, policy, and community use.

Sustaining communication beyond the project
Keep key communication outputs accessible beyond the project’s lifetime through website content, visual storytelling, and multilingual resources, supporting continued knowledge exchange and long-term engagement.
