Is nature our relative? What is the relationship between the Sámi people and nature and how do they deal with this relationship?
We are pleased to highlight this article by our project member Jan Erik Henriksen, exploring how nature is understood and lived within Sámi communities, with a particular focus on the perspectives of elderly North Sámi speakers and their deep, multifaceted relationships with the natural environment.
